(MTML) invites sealed quotes from eligible bidders as per eligibility conditions of RFQ, for Housekeeping of MTML Office at Ebene for a period of one year further extendable for one more year. The detailed RFQ Documents can be collected from MTML Office, 63, cyber City Ebene or may be downloaded from website ‘www.chili.mu’. The proposal, in the prescribed proforma, is to be duly authenticated & sent in a Wax-Sealed/Tape-Sealed Cover clearly superscribed as “Request for Quote for Cleaning and maintenance of Building” Or “Request for Quote for services of Security Guards at MTML office”, as the case may be, and addressed to Chief Technical Officer, Mahanagar Telephone Mauritius Ltd, ‘MTML Tower’, 63, Ebene, Cyber City to reach not later than 1400 hrs on 25th November 2019.   MTML reserves the right to modify any terms of RFQ and cancel the procurement process at any stage without assigning any reason.
